Value Delivered

EMCOR Services Team Mechanical provided a new cooling system for the dining hall one of Chicagoland’s most prominent private universities. With a focus on value-added services and cost savings, the project featured the installation of flexible, streamlined fan coil units that provide low-cost cooling solution.

The installation included the removal of an ornate steel grating that enclosed the university’s existing radiators, which we successfully reattached in order to preserve the integrity of the facility’s aesthetic. Leveraging our experience in institutional environments, we completed the project on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to occupant comfort or regular school operations.
