As vice president of the ventilation division, Mike is responsible for generating new clients with solicitation of project plans, performing estimates with design intent, and layout on new buildings and spaces. He also generates proposals, closes deals, and manages mechanical HVAC projects to completion. Mike oversees operations and profitability of TMI's ventilation salesmen, estimating department, and union work force.

HVAC Services Industry Expertise

Mike has a 15-year background in the HVAC services industry and has an extensive history in various types of ventilation projects ranging from commercial multi-story buildings and retail centers, to industrial/process projects, multi-story residential buildings, and healthcare facilities. Mike has extensive experience in sales, estimating, systems design, and project management.

 

Mike attended Northern Illinois University and received his bachelor's degree in accounting. He began his career in the residential construction industry with various financial and project management positions before entering the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) services industry.

The Personal Side

Mike and his wife have two children, a 20 and 16 year old. With his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and biking.
