We've been servicing Chicagoland businesses since 1918, and joined the EMCOR family of companies in 2001. In 2004 we became EMCOR Services Midwest, and in 2009, with the acquisition of Team Mechanical, Inc., a leading mechanical services company who has been serving Chicagoland since 1995, we became EMCOR Services Team Mechanical. Our well-planned growth has allowed our company to expand into new areas, while continuing to maintain relationships with our original customers, and bring them new and expanded commercial HVAC systems, process piping, plumbing, fire protection and facilities service offerings.
